This class to help you dynamically stretch & work the entire body. Each week including different spiritual teachings to help you deepen your practice.


Beginners Yoga
Good for: If you're a Beginner, have an injury, or if you'd prefer a gentler class.
Gentle stretching with the breath to slowly open the body. We always include a guided relaxation and you will receive lots of support along the way.
