18 months ago I was struggling with depression. I had suffered a series of personal and professional setbacks in my life and I felt like I had lost direction. Right from the first class Meg was fantastic, warm, friendly and welcoming, she put (a rather nervous and embarrassed) me at ease straight away.
I would honestly say that taking up yoga has been one of the most important factors in helping me deal with my depression - no matter how tired or stressed I feel before the class, I come out feeling amazing.

Around the middle of last year, my life took a bit of a turn & after a long, stressful period at work I thought yoga might help. After class I find it much easier to focus and relax & for that hour during the class, it is 'my time', where I can free my mind & switch off from the day to day stresses of my busy job.
I truly believe that yoga really is for everyone, whatever your age or ability. It'll help to get you through the worst of times & make the best of times seem even better.

"Literally, I feel so much healthier and happier, huge difference from before after, and I felt really light, like when I put on my heavy backpack it felt light, everything was light, like I was floating!"

Success Stories

"A few years ago I suffered with a bad neck & back, to the point I couldn't sleep. My GP wasn't helpful but yoga seemed like a great option. At first I was self-conscious as yoga seemed more for girls but after a few sessions I started to see how good it made me feel. I have now been going to classes for two years and over that time my back and neck have improved dramatically, and so has my flexibility. I have noticed subtle things too, like how I've stopped biting my nails. Yoga is like a weekly reset button for my mind and adds clarity and gratitude for everyday life."
