How can this Bulgarian Soup be SO GOOD?!

Ok so it's been pretty hot for the last few weeks *cue British passive aggressive complaints "... I'm not complaining... but..."* No, seriously, I love it soooooooooo much. But it does mean a bit of a diet change to stay cool and hydrated. This amaaaazing quick, healthy and cold Bulgarian Soup was introduced to me by my fashion designer friend, Martina last summer and I'm continuing to totally obsess over it this summer too. Ingredients - Medium pot Total greek yogurt - One cucumber

- Small bag of walnuts

- A couple of cloves of garlic

- Small pack of dill

- Salt

Method

1. Mix pot of total yoghurt in a bowl, and then refill the pot with water and add, mix thoroughly.

2. Add the chopped cucumber, mashed garlic cloves, chopped walnuts and chopped dill - salt to taste (I like quite a bit, especially good after all that summer sweating!)

3. Voila! Enjoy!
